I ended up with 24 of these.  8 of each pose.  These are true meat shields so you need a lot of them but they will not be on the table very long.  As such I tried to stay with army painting of a base coat and a shade and call it done.  First up are the 8 with bows

Goblin Commando

Next up is a Goblin Commando.  The mini is from Reaper's Pathfinder range.  I really like the artwork associated to pathfinder and they seem to go with a grey skin tone for goblins rather then the traditional green.  I think I'm going to stick with this and see where it goes.
